Saturday to Saturday rental, available year round, $3,000/week, sleeps 10 people, 3 full beds, 4 twin plus 2 comfy blowup beds perfect for children. 3 bedrooms, 1 baths (1 shower, 1 tub).
Cottage completely restored inside and out with new kitchen and new bath. Charming classic defines the word cottage ½ mile south of the historic Dune climb, 100 ft of beach frontage with white sand beach and clear lake bottom, new dock, sunsets, two separate all- season porches, cable T.V., DVD, lawn chairs, grill, mooring buoy, laundry. Interior description: New kitchen, new appliances, newly remodeled bathroom, original mahagony custom paneling made from the old woody station wagons from the 40’s. A nostalgic comfortable place to renew your soul with enough contemporary amenities to satisfy the most savvy traveler. Must bring own linens and towels.
Rules
and criteria that apply to each rental home:
- No pets.
- No smoking.
- Need to provide your own towels and linens.
- Rates quoted do not include 6% use tax.
- 1/2 of total weekly rent due upon reserving a home.
- Balance of rental including 6% tax due upon arrival.
- Cancellation policy: deposits are refunded if home is re-rented.
- Personal checks or money orders accepted - made out to Pam DePuy (P. O. Box 284, Glen Arbor, MI 49636).
- No credit cards.
- $250 security deposit/week required along with half of weekly rental amount when securing initial reservation.
